The Promoter is: Interpet CC. trading as Interpet (further referred to as The Promoter) whose registered office is at Shop 63, Entrance 2, Cresta Shopping Centre, Randburg, 2118.
The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 13 years or over except for employees of The Promoter, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
To qualify for an entry to the competition, the competition requirements need to be met.
Should the requirements include a spending amount, that amount will exclude any shipping costs.
The more you spend, the more entries you obtain (spend amount / competition required amount = number of entries)
Should the requirements include social sharing, then the minimum amount of social shares are required for a single entry.
More shares equal more entries (social shares / competition required amount = number of entries)
How to enter:
Online competitions: you will automatically be entered into the competition depending on whether or not you meet the competition requirements.
In-store competitions: The entrant is required to write down their name, surname and contact details on the back of a qualifying receipt and to place it inside the entry box (clearly marked and located in the store). Only receipts for goods purchased on or after the competition start date and on or before the competition closing date and time will be deemed valid.
Multiple entries per person are allowed, the more you enter, the higher your chances of winning.
Starting and closing dates for entries will be indicated on the competition page. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The Prize (as described on the competition page) is final and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.
Should The Prize need to be shipped to you, then we will only cover the cost of shipping to main centres. Shipping to outlying or rural areas will not be covered.
Winners shall be chosen according to the following (unless otherwise stated on the competition page):
By way of an independent judge, be it electronic of physical in nature, 1 working day after the close of the competition.
The winner will be announced via our website and social media pages.
The winner will be contacted via their preferred contact method.
Should the winner not be reachable via their indicated contact method within 48 hours, then the winner will forfeit The Prize and a new winner will be chosen.
We reserve the right to withdraw The Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where The Prize can be collected / is delivered.
The Promoter’s / judge’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
