Thank you for your interest in shopping via our online store, here is a quick guide to get you started:


  • Choose the product you want:
    1. We have lots of products available via our online store,  navigate to your category of interest (dogs, cats, small animals, etc.) and click on the item you would like to buy.
    2. Some items have multiple variations, for example: foods that come in various sizes of packaging.
    3. Select your preferred variation (if any), enter the quantity that you would like to purchase and simply click on add to cart.

  • From here you have the option to continue shopping to add more items to your cart or to head directly to checkout or to view your cart:
    1. Follow step one if you would like to add any other items to your cart.
    2. Check your cart to modify the quantity of items or to remove items that you no longer want to purcase.
    3. Head directly to checkout.

  • On the checkout page you are required to enter your billing and delivery address (if your delivery address is different to your billing address, please check “Deliver to a different address”):
    1. If you are not logged in or do not have an account with us, you will have the option to login to use a previously saved address or to create a new account.
    2. Our accounts are free and simply allow you to track your order and to save your billing / delivery address for future orders.
    3. Simply fill out all of the requested information (all fields with a * next to them) and our system will work out delivery costs for you.
    4. You will be given the option to collect your order in store, or to have your order delivered at the added delivery fee.

  • After filling in your details and selecting your preferred delivery option, you are presented with numerous payment methods. These payment methods may be updated from time to time.
    1. After selecting your preferred payment method, please click on “Place Order”.
    2. From here you will be redirected to one of our payment partners depending on the payment method chosen:
      1. PayFast
      2. PayGate
    3. Our payment partners each provide multiple payment types on their gateway pages.
      1. Please select your preferred payment method and follow the prompts.
      2. None of the data you entered is stored unless you opt to create an account with one of our payment partners.

  • Once your preferred payment method has been processed successfully, you will be redirected to the payment complete page and you should also receive an email notifying you that we have received your payment and that we will start processing your order.
  • We will keep you updated while we process your order, and you will receive another email once your order is ready to collect or has been sent out for delivery.
