All of our shipping is done from our branch in Randburg, Gauteng.
We ship to anywhere in South Africa, provided it has a valid street address.

Deliveries take place during general business days only and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout. Major centres usually carry a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days and delivery to outlying areas can take up to 4 days.
Overnight delivery is subject to stock availability, should stock not be available, then your shipping method will default to Economy Express and the difference (if any) refunded to your account. Our sales team will contact you in this regard.
N.B. Some items are not kept at our physical store and may have a lead time of 5 days or more before they are dispatched. Should stock be completely unavailable at the time of your order then we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, should you not wish to wait for us to procure the items then we can provide you with either an alternative item in the same price range or a full refund.
Any estimated delivery times displayed on the website exclude any time required to prepare your order and are only valid from date of dispatch.
Delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page and final costs depend on the shipping address as well as the weight and size of the goods to be delivered.

Collections are available should you wish to collect your order instead of having it delivered, however, not all items are kept in stock at our storefront and may need to be transported from our warehouse. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received a notification that your order is ready for collection, as some of the items in your order may still be on their way to our storefront. You are more than welcome to query the status of your order at any point in time during business hours.
Correctness of Information
Interpet will not be held responsible for any delays, or losses caused by incorrect delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains incorrect delivery information or an incorrect delivery option. Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full, either via the payment gateway or via EFT.
Interpet will not be held responsible for any incorrect deliveries made due to a lack of correct or current information supplied as required by our courier partners to perform your delivery to the best of their abilities.
Shipping is subject to our terms and conditions and carries no warranty or guarantee from Interpet.
Once your product leaves our store, your order will be updated with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number in regards to any queries you may have regarding your shipment.
